Project Goals
Design album artwork and packaging that visually reflects the artist’s blend of traditional songs with contemporary sounds. The overall goal was to create a cohesive piece where typography, photography, and layout work together to express the mood and ideas behind each track.
Design Decisions
Each photograph was crafted to align with the mood of each song. Together they visualize the progression across the album.
Generous negative space helps the photography remain the focus throughout the layout. The serif typography was chosen to reflect the traditional yet modern edge.
The final printed, hand-cut, and hand-folded packaging reinforces the personal and handcrafted nature of the album.
