Project Goals
To develop a modular portfolio book system to communicate the value, community impact, and strategic benefits of new construction projects during local committee meetings and stakeholder presentations. The objective was to create a flexible format that could evolve alongside the company’s growing project pipeline without losing visual consistency or clarity.
Design Decisions
The layout system was built on a repeatable page designs that could be easily edited or inserted as needed for each meeting or presentation. Typography, image placement, and infographics were standardized to retain structure and provide easy navigation during presentations.
